Abstract
In the administration in Japan, the town planning based on The Environmental Master Plan is advanced. The number also of municipalities that face the review and the revision of The Environmental Master Plan increases. However, the meaning and the value that various enlightening activities etc. on which it works in the environmental partnership organization and the environmental administration give the citizens are not clear yet. In addition, the evaluation is not done enough as for the influence and the effect of giving it to the review of The Environmental Master Plan.
Then, it paid attention to the workshop that had been executed by the citizens participation type after The Environmental Master Plan had been settled on in this research. We analyzed the workshops of The Festival of Environment in Yasu City and The Citizen's forum about Environment in Hikone City, Shiga.
As a result of the evaluation, we clarified the feature as the workshop where the region was valued and the workshop where the theme was valued. Finally, it proposed it in the point how the workshop of the citizens participation type in the future infiltrated the citizens.
