Abstract
The possibility of two new versions of multi-level model for stratified flow was examined, which aim to save calculation time by excluding relaxation algorithm for water pressure. In the models, vertical profile of horizontal velocity is assumed to be a chain of quadratic potions. Trials of numerical applicability were made on the propagation of internal wave cased by pulse-typed isturbance and the deformation of saline column released in fresh water.
