Abstract
The effect of a water circulating device to cancel bottom water stagnation and starvation of dissolved oxygen in the bottom water was examined in enclosed area in KANSAI international air port. The difference of water temperature between surface and bottom whose initial value was over 10°C was diminished to less than 1°C after a week of device operation causing an increase in dissolved oxygen saturate ratio over 30%. Typical flow pattern of the device was observed in several hours at the beginning of operation.
