Abstract
Recently, lack of engineer's ethics cause a lot of serious social problem. So, it is an important mission for university education to bring up lots of necessary elements included ethics as an engineer in the training program now. Principle of manufacturing was proposed by Prof. KOBAYASHI in 1982. It was not long before Principle of manufacturing had opened as a training program for engineer in Saitama University. We found out educational effect on improvement of an ethics and a motivation. It is introduced about details of a lecture of Principle of manufacturing and the student's evaluation in this report.
