Abstract
This paper deals with a system to design texture (wrinkle) of product surfaces. The designed texture should make a natural impression on a person. In order to meet with such demand, ″Fractal″ and ″1/f Noise″ which are the laws existing in nature are utilized for developing the system. A basic form of texture is generated as ″Fractal″ of a texture element and a texture form is constructed by adding ″1/f Noise″ to the basic form. The developed system can create several texture forms by simple operations which define a texture element form and determine the state–level of ″1/f Noise″.
