Abstract
The micro bubble is applied in various fields, such as application to the effluent treatment of a semiconductor factory, and application to break a kidney stone in the medical field. The application fields of the micro bubble are expanding. We think that the technology will spread more in the future. In these fields, the energy saving is not necessary to make the micro bubble. However, in the consumer electronics field, it is necessary to make energy saving. We took into consideration in the consumer electronics field, and developed the small generator driven for low pressure pump.
