Abstract
In this study, we focus on the Non-rotational Cutting process with Twist Ultrasonic Vibration Method, and try high speed and precision cutting. In this paper, we apply the ultrasonic cleaning to remove chips on the rake face and cool the tool by cooling conditions. With this cutting method, removing chips and cooling the tool by cutting fluid is important. We try to remove chips by ultrasonic cleaning, and study on the effect of difference of cooling conditions and feed rate on surface roughness.
