Abstract

For the separate measurement of viscous force and elastic force of cell, we are carrying out a study on the multi degrees of freedom control technology of floating type micro probe that is actuated by the optical pressure. In this report, we describe about the experimental results of viscous coefficient in the minute area of liquid by the microsphere that is vibrated by optical pressure. The concentration of glycerin fluid, whose temperature is controlled, is varied and can be measured successfully. Moreover, the considerations of the application for micro-TAS and the structural-viscosity measurement are discussed.
