Crank shaped leaf spring type linear micro-feeder with thin track

Abstract

Vibratory linear micro-feeder as one of the micro-mechanism consists of the only one-piece construction by shim member or spring strips as the main member. The vibration angle can be given by crank or zigzag shape of the rectangular bended leaf spring at both track ends. The feeder with the thin shim plate track has the vibration characteristic which is equivalent to high rigidity track feeder. Normal feeding was confirmed by the 0603 tip capacitor in trial.
