Changes of Mechanical Properties of Injection Molded Parts by Resin Flow Controlling

Abstract

In this study, we have suggested the resin flow controlling method which would enable to improve the precision of shape, strength and durability of the injection molded parts. In this method, the mold which has the axis of rotation in it driven to control fiber orientation and molecular orientation of resin is prepared. We shall report on the changes of strength and durability of injection molded parts by Resin Flow Controlling Method.
