Abstract
We have proposed a new scheduling method on the order-picking problem in a logistic center based on local clustering organization (LCO). The purpose of the scheduling is to determine an efficient delivery plan for ordered products. This study focuses on the re-scheduling when urgent interrupt orders are requested. We propose a re-scheduling method how the urgent interrupt orders are assigned based on LCO as well. Moreover, the influence by urgent interrupt is examined by simulation experiments, and we prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
