Abstract
We have presented the physics modeling of the swimming control of the virtual creatures in the virtual underwater environment with the buoyancy and the drag for the acquiring the reasonable behaviors visually. In this study, we try to evolve the morphologies of the virtual creatures in order to swim faster or more flexible. Simulation results show that appropriate behaviors can be obtained by our proposed method.
