Development of Part Agent System for PLM

Estimating Implementation Using Network Agent and RFID

Abstract

To construct the sustainable production, authors are proposing Part agent system.This system consisting of network agent and RFID tags attached on parts promotes reuse of parts. For the experiment of Part agent system, authors develop the test environment consisting of RFID, database and distributed computers. This paper reports the result of Part agent′s behavior on this environment and development tasks of Part agent system.
