Abstract
The human operator′s skill level is an important design factor for the development of information support system in man-machine collaborative manufacturing. However, there is still no effective way to evaluate the operator′s skill level during practical working process in cell production. To quantify the operator′s skill level based on assembly tasks in cell production, a four-layer structure based on Dreyfus model of skill acquisition of skill level is defined in this paper. Furthermore, according to these characters which are in human worker centered production process, the main factors which influence the operator′s ability are studied to improve the information support system in cell production.
