Abstract
Most of polarization measurement method has been used a homogeneous polarized beam as a probe beam. We have generated a unique polarized beam with a singularity and proposed polarization measurement using the singularity beam. Until now, we have proposed a topological Mueller matrix polarimeter using two axisymmetric quarter wave plates. In this presentation, we considered the influence of diattenation of the special wave plate and conducted an improvement of measuring performance. Moreover, we evaluated the influence of elliptical birefringence having both optical rotation and linear birefringence.
