Abstract
We succeeded to transfer precise patterns with the minimum size of 5 um on the cylindrical surface of an inlet tube by a sliding-type roller imprint technology. The material of the tube was Teflon PFA, and the cross-sectional shape of the tube was a doughnut with the outside diameter of 1/16 inch and the inside diameter of 0.02 inch. The inlet tube was placed between a plate electroformed-Ni mold and a buffer material sheet, and mold patterns was continuously touched to the surface of the inlet tube under a moderate press depth by moving the mold horizontally.
