Effect of cutting conditions on removal volume.

Abstract

In order to establish cutting technology of cemented carbides for dies and molds, series of cutting experiments of cemented carbides are carried out with sintered CBN tools. The effect of cutting conditions on the total amount of removed volume is examined in this report.
