Control factor of dot size in metallic nano dots aggregation by thermal dewetting method

Abstract

In this paper, aggregation mechanism of nano dots in the thermal dewetting method is studied theoretically based on the total free energy of the system. Affective factors of dot size is revealed, and control method of aggregated dot size is studied.
