Abstract
The printed circuit board mounted electronic devices in recent years is becoming increasingly narrow pitch and miniaturization of the through-hole due to the multifunctional product. Therefore, The improvement of submaterials (a drill and an entry sheet, etc.) is required for improve long life of the drill, the positional accuracy ,and the hole wall roughness. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the resin properties on entry sheet and hole position accuracy. The result, we have reported the relationship between the characteristics of the resin and hole position accuracy.
