Abstract

We are developing the reverse engineering software MOSAIC. The characteristic functions of MOSAIC generate NURBS surface quickly without interactive operation, and output suitable CAD like modeling results. Our method is based on a segmentation method with region growing using curved proxies. We propose the method of simplification.
