Abstract
We developed the MEMS blood flow sensor. But blood flow varies with contact pressure applied by setting it because blood vessels are elastic. Therefore a mechanism to maintain contact pressure is necessary for an accurate measurement of blood flow. We made a device to measure blood flow and contact pressure simultaneously. To this end, we measured them of the cow and studied the appropriate contact pressure in the blood flow measurement of the cow.
