Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop an active suspension system with an electromagnetic actuator, which is used to control the vibration of the vehicle body and regenerate the vibration energy. Based on the development and manufacture of electromagnetic actuators, the energy -regeneration principle of electromagnetic suspension is analyzed, and the electromagnetic suspension model is established. The theoretical calculation of magnetic flux density is performed and compared with simulation analysis. The results show that the magnetic induction trend is basically consistent. An electromagnetic actuator experiment platform was designed and built. The value of the induced electromotive force was measured under a specific excitation signal, and the rationality of the energy regeneration model is validated.
