Processing technology for manufacturing fine devices and next-generation functional parts are demanded. In this study, by focusing on the optical trapping potential due to the electric field intensity gradient, we have proposed 3-dimensional processing method by using nanoparticles without being limited by the diffraction limit. In this paper, we have investigated processing principle of 3-D pillar structure by introducing a high speed camera and observing in-process accumulating and localizing droplet carriers by optical trapping potential.
