A Study on Inverse Correction of Distortion by Conversion Lens for Wide-Angle Stereo Camera

Abstract

It is necessary to adjust the focus using conversion lenses to validate the performance of a stereo camera using a display. Although the conversion lens causes distortion, previous studies have shown that correcting for this distortion enables correct performance evaluation. In this study, we applied this method to a wide-angle stereo camera, for which the distortion effect is expected to be more pronounced, and conducted a verification.
