Abstract
Regeneration of spinal cord injury is important thema in rehabilitation science as well as basic on. This experience of aim is to recognize the process after spinal cord injury by asphyxia. To establish an animal model of spinal cord injury produced by asphyxia, we used adult rats with aorta occulusion . Fifteen minutes after occulusion electrical reflex activity of apinal cord disappeared. After thirty minutes occulusion , irreversible function changes appeared, long term depression of reflex activities and disorder of motor functions. We traced time course of electrical and functions change after thity minutes occulusion for twelve hours. [J Physiol Sci. 2006;56 Suppl:S213]
