Abstract
Urea adducting is a method to separate oils from their mixture. In some cases, the separation conducted in the laboratory scale is not quite efficient. Parameter design was applied to optimeize the separation process using S/N ratio of omega transformation. The experiment was conducted to apply the Quality Engineering on the education program in the University. From the experiment, the separation efficiency was improved and it was conducted that this is a good practice for the students to understand the concept of Urea adducting.
