4. Total management activity evaluation engineering system by quality engineering

Abstract

The object of quality engineering is to measure the functionality of any kind of product or systems. In this chapter after discussing the role of management the method to measure quality level of management activity is proposed by using MTS (Mahalanobis-Taguchi-Schmidt) sysytems.

It is the methods to find one scale for any organization on its activity from multidimensions measurements. The methods will be one of the most important measurement technology in 21st century, especially for monetary industry where creditability is the key technology.
