5. Strategies for Technology Development

Abstract

Most of technology are tactics. Those are solutions for specific problems. Strategy is the science and art of conducting a military campaign in its large-scale and long-term aspects. This article discuss the strategy for all technology development activities. Quality engineering may be said the strategy for those activities as it is the method to predict functionality of a product for various customers usage conditions at R&D stage with small scale experiments, with test-piece or computer simulation.
