Abstract
In this paper, with reviewing the development of environmental management, we discuss total optimization of corporate management systems and the fusing relationship between quality and environmental management, from the following points of view : the first, total quality assurance including environmental characters in expanding value chain or supply chain; the second, integrated management systems with optimized managing points; last and the third, communication and engagement with stakeholders in corporate social responsibility.
