Through the series of meetings for knowledge sharing, the “ Service Excellence Division ” and the “ Production
Innovation Division ” of JSQC have been jointly working on identifying the items to be addressed for better
contribution to the customer value creation. In this special issue, we briefly summarize our recent activities in
the Divisions in order to encourage the JSQC members to join our activities.
We focus are as follows.
- Continuation and acceleration of “ Plan - Do - Check - Act cycle ”.
- Continuation of customer relation and customer journey.
- Use cases of “ Pattern Language”.
