Abstract

Pain is one of the biological defense systems, it is an important sign that informs of changes that have occurred to the human body. As the pain excites the sympathetic nerve, contraction of the blood vessel and tension of the muscles occur, and when this state continues, the local blood flow rate decreases, the tissue becomes oxygen deficient state, production of pain substance is promoted, pain is painful Enhance. The pain further causes vascular contraction, muscle tension, and it is a cycle of a vicious circle that repeats the same flow. When falling into a vicious circle of pain, the symptoms become chronic, and even when the cause of pain goes away, the pain can not be removed. Pain is meaningful as an alarm to inform of danger, but chronic pain does not have that meaning, pain itself becomes stress and adversely affect other symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, and desire. In this study, we performed 8 treatments once every 10 days for subjects with chronic low back pain and knee pain, who had symptoms such as insomnia, feeling of fatigue, etc., and using the KK scale method, changes in QOL It is reported here because we observed.
