Abstract
Recent years, the concern for practical use of lessons learned has been increasing. In the space development field, the necessity of effective utilization of lessons leaned is increasing too. Therefore, National Space Development Agency of Japan(NASDA)developed lessons leaned system consisting of gathering and utilization of lessons leaned. The purpose of this system is to achieve mission success of the future space projects with effective use of lessons leaned obtained from the past space projects. This report shows development and operation of lessons learned system in NASDA with attention of practical lessons learned system.
