A CASE OF GASTRIC CANCER WITH ACCUMULATION OF T LYMPHOCYTES AND SARCOID REACTION IN THE SURROUNDING LYMPH NODES

Abstract

A case of gastric cancer with sarcoid reaction in the surrounding lymph nodes is reported. The infiltration of T cell was demonstrated in the lymph nodes with sarcoid reaction, tissue of the gastric cancer, and the surrounding tissue of it. Additionally activated lymphocytes, mainly T cells increased in peripheral blood. It appeared that T cells were activated. And a possibility of the tumor immunization through sarcoid reaction is indicated.
