Abstract

It is neccesary for the river administrator to predict the flood disaster and to do an appropriate judgment and action. The accuracy of the flood prediction model and system, which have been studied, has been higher than before one. We have grasped the flood disaster caused by some past typhoons and rearranging of the important duties contents of the river manager, for the expectation of the typhoon in making of the disaster prevention action plan. This paper describes the knowledge of the design and build of the supporting system of the flood fighting based on the disaster prevention and action plan. Moreover we developed the similar typhoon search system, which was combined with the neural network model, for supporting system of the flood fighting based on the disaster prevention and action plan.
