Abstract

In this research, aiming at contributing to a practical planning for evacuation from the current location, a technique by use of LP-data for estimating the number of floors of a building without the same data shown in “The conditions of building's use” has been developed.

In addition, using the estimated data of the number of building’s floors and LIFEsim model, a technique for intelligibly describing flood inundation risk of each building has been presented.

Further, with this technique it was enabled to locate areas where risk to human life is high with only a vertical migrating means and evacuation from the current location should be done with priority.
