Current Status and Prospects About Cloud Based Platforms for Earth Observation Imagery Analysis.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increasing number of use cases of cloud-based remote sensing analysis platforms such as Google Earth Engine (GEE) and Tellus as analysis tools for earth observation data. In addition, machine learning methods have been actively implemented into these analysis processes, and data catalogs have also been expanded. Near the future, it is expected that the license of the data source will become more open and the cataloging of training data for machine learning will be expanded.
