It isεIPPreciated that a dust explosion potential is dependent on physical and chemical properties, including chemical characteristics, surface conditions, particle sizeεLnd moisture content. Several studies were carried out under bQth usual and lower humid cQnditions in an effort to determine a explQsive dust concen廿ation limit affected by humidity. Lower humid condition experiments indicated that a dust explosion could occur at10mg/」10wer dust concentration than that under the usual co血dition. The Lycopodium experiments using the cylindricical explosive contailler, which is accepted by A$sociation of Powder Process Industry&Engineering Standard, also showed the same results.
