Lymphocysts are a frequent complication after pelvic lymphadenectomy. We report here three cases of infected lymphocyst, which occurred long after operation for uterine cervical carcinoma. All patients presented with a high fever and unilateral lower abdominal pain. X-ray computed tomography (CT) with contrast enhancement was very useful for its diagnosis. Conservative therapy with antibiotics and γ-globulin was successful and all patients are doing well without any evidence of recurrence of the tumor.
