Abstract
We observed that ALP activity in the serum of patients with eosinophilic pneumonia was supressed by enzyme-linked immunoglobulins to become lower (30IU/l). In this example, weak ALP bands occurred at each of the positions α1, α2β, and β on electrophoretic mobility. We demonstrated that IgG-λ type immunoglobulins combined only with liver type ALP to inhibit ALP activity.
