Abstract
This article is reprinted from the papers Mr. Lester I. Conrad, the author gave at the meetings of The Japan Cosmetic Chemists Association held on February 23rd and 27th 1965 in Tokyo and Osaka respectively, by permission of the Journal of the United States' Society of Cosmetic Chemists.
