Abstract
In this paper, at first, I will survey Schelling's refutations of Spinoza in Freiheitsschrift generally and point out four points of importance, concerning to 1) Schelling's judgment of Spinozism as One-sided Realism, 2) the positive concept of Evil, 3) the inner difference of God, namely the distinction between Existence and Ground, and 4) the living personality of God. Understanding of these points, secondly, we find the serious conflict between spinozistic denial of the meaning of the Human and Schelling's position here, in which the ontological dimension of the Human is insisted. In this context, Spinoza together with Boehme, Jacobi and Leibniz is one of the most important media or interlocutors for Schelling to deepen his thought in Freiheitsschrift.
