Abstract
Recently, many discussions have been made on various skills necessary for software engineers. Then, we designed the training of PBL style which raised various skills necessary for the software engineer of the entry level. Here, three goals were taken up as following. (1) The concept of the software technology is understood. (2) The basis of analysis and critical thinking is acquired. (3) Communication and various team skills are acquired. In this report, the approach of the software engineering introduction training is described. In addition, the effect which learners got by the training is analyzed and has been evaluated.
