Abstract
Aisin-AW has started to adopt Model Based Development (MBD) which is lately attracting attentions as a new method for control software development.
We investigated how to educate MBD engineers based on ETSS.
We examined the correlation between engineers' level and skills by using multivariate-analysis. And based on the analysis result, suitable education curriculum was structured. As a result of these activities, education term for novice engineer to reach to skill level 1 has been shortened from 3 months to 1 month.
