The environmental factors of IT business in Thailand and Vietnam , differentiated levels of economic development , the difference between the number of new graduates supply IT engineers . In Vietnam , for the number of new graduates supply IT engineers is high, thereby increasing the possibility of as offshore development centers . However, in Vietnam , up level of quality control of the software by the local human resources is an issue . On the other hand , Thailand has been economic development around the automotive industry , Japanese IT companies are providing IT services such as software development , CAD related services , help desk and operations management services . However, in Thailand , for supply of graduates IT engineers is small, it is not suitable as a system development base . However, in Thailand , the development of business models with a focus on IT-related services is expected . Therefore , Japanese IT companies , it is necessary to build a business model based on the characteristics of the human resources and IT market in the country of Southeast Asian countries , considering role-sharing between sites .
