This study, in electrical construction industry so far has developed mainly large construction it is ordered from major customers of the construction market in the future, reduction is expected from the market in the current environment and private public business from (companies, etc.) , the differences and similarities of the upfront companies based on corporate case proactive has a global retail construction of retail clients, the strategic expansion into retail construction of large customers towards the corporate management of continuity the explicit, with the aim of presentation of workarounds that issues in strategy formulation company, was oriented relationship marketing, and to examine the possibility of entry into the small construction from large construction by the addition of service of manufacturing company.
