About the Change in the Ability to be Bought for PM

Abstract

　It's said that more than 70 % of information system development item hold some problems recently. Isn't it necessary to define the ability required for PM again to look for the reason? The spread of RPA which will automate office work during AI boom these days is being developed. It is also necessary to decide the work into two parts, one part using information system and the other part using RPA. The purpose of this research is to clarify the factor of change in a skill needed for PM based on the 6^th edition of Loan Kats model PMBOK and to indicate a countermeasure for it.
