Abstract

In recent years, the social progress of AI is spectacular. In such a situation, RPA, which is an automation field for office work, has made remarkable progress. In overseas enterprises, RPA has been introduced since the early 2000s, and in the United States where RPA developed, it is said that from25 to 50% of the work done by human beings could be reduced in the spread of RPA. However, there is even a possibility that the company will go bankrupt even if business automation progresses, when the business process stagnates to put it in extreme ways. BPM is indispensable in order to turn PDCA cycle towards the direction which should be indispensable for sustainable corporate survival. In this research, we focus on RPA and aim to find a way to grasp the bottleneck and improve management efficiency by adapting BPMto RPA.
