Abstract

EDI had acted the leading part in Electric Commerce. As the characteristics of EDI, it is simplify businesslike work when an enterprise is in the constant. business connection. Therefore there were few problems.
After that. Electric Commerce market scale was greatly spread by the diffusion of the Internet. But problems have increased, because the Internet is open loop and different from EDI that is closed network in one enterprise.
The spot of this research puts on Electric Commerce between smaller enterprises and consumers. Then, we are thinking the effective countermeasures about the spread of Electric Commerce in smaller enterprises.
