Disaster response process and simulation of human resources allocation for efficient disaster medical relief system

Abstract

In this research, to realize an effective disaster response, disaster prevention processes for Okayama municipal health and medical care relief plan formulation are created. By applying these processes, we can develop the human resource allocation algorithm and to show the whole picture of the disaster response processes in the initial stage.
