Abstract

“Social System” is defined as a dynamic system as opposed to a static system. Contrary to the definition by sociologist, if “Society” is considered as a composition of “social systems”, many of them are designable. The design approach is a simplified version of system dynamics with the addition of design steps. The design flow is the following: the core issue is found and defined from the iteration of drawing vicious circles, Then, in order to respond the core issue virtuous circles are designed. Medical systems are chosen as an example which shows the trial of medical systems design under the new environment where major premises of the current medical systems are no longer valid.
